Development of human resources to carry out business projects
We will nurture high-level medical personnel and those who can take on the development of leading-edge technologies in the medical and health fields. 
We will also support an innovative workforce.

Promoting practical education in cooperation with educational institutions

We are working to implement practical education at high-level educational institutions, by making full use of graduate school programs at associated universities and the medical, nursing, and engineering cooperative network.

Expanding capabilities for training specialized personnel

We are working towards expanding the personnel education capabilities at universities, specialized colleges, and medical care organizations across the prefecture. In particular, we are promoting an environment in which young researchers can flourish in the field of life sciences. We have set up a specialized cancer-centric multi-profession residency programs at the Shizuoka Cancer Center to train cancer specialists among nurses, pharmacists, clinical trial coordinators, and medical social workers.
