Development of manufacturing personnel

We are working towards expanding the personnel education capabilities at
universities, specialized colleges, and medical care organizations across the
prefecture. In particular, we are promoting an environment in which young
researchers can flourish in the field of life sciences. We have set up a
specialized cancer-centric multi-profession residency programs at the Shizuoka
Cancer Center to train cancer specialists among nurses, pharmacists, clinical
trial coordinators, and medical social workers.
